Medical Evangelism Forum 2010
HealthCare Ministries is hosting an international Medical Evangelism Forum Sept. 22 - 24, 2010 in Springfield, Missouri.
Our objective is to provide VIP training for medical evangelism.
Anyone who has a heart for reaching the lost through medical outreaches is welcome to attend. This includes pastors, missions leaders, medical providers, and volunteers.
If you or your church are involved in medical evangelism, or desire to be, this forum is designed specifically for you. Whether your church has been sending medical evangelism teams for many years or this is a new venture, there is a place for you at the forum.

Topics that will be covered
- Vision and purpose of short-term medical evangelism teams.
- Nuts and bolts of medical evangelism teams (how-to, practical aspects, preparation of team, etc.)
- Role of the US church, national church and missionary
- Delving into different cultures and the impact of medical interventions
- Long-term impact of short-term trips.
- Best practice on the field (medicines, medical practice, protocol, etc.)
- Medical evangelism logistics (clinic layout, personnel, travel, insurance, approvals, etc.)

Transportation
HCM will provide shuttle service from the Springfield-Branson International Airport and the LaQuinta Inn to the HCM facilities where the RN Seminar/MEF will be held.
